SHIPPING & RETURNS
1. Delivery of the items ordered on the Rafime platform is done by our in house delivery team. However, we do
outsource third party service providers should the delivery address be outside our scope of reach. In this case,
we will make an arrangement with you to collect your ordered item at the nearest collection point.
2. Delivery of items may be interrupted by events outside our control. In this case, the item may take longer
to be delivered at the customer address.
3. The items (goods) bought on the RAFIME site will be shipped and delivered to the address provided
by the user (customer). It is important to provide correct information as we (Rafime) will not be held responsible for loss of goods
or goods delivered to an incorrect address.
4. In the event that you change address, you are responsible for contacting us within 48 hours of purchase to notify us of
the change in location.
- We charge a standard delivery fee for all purchases on the platform. The listed price on each item is inclusive
of the delivery fee and 15% VAT .
Return & Exchange Policy
This section applies to standard returns. For any faulty item please do contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
1. Product must be returned in new condition with tags and labeling still intact. Otherwise we reserve the right to reject the item should
it be returned in an acceptable condition.
2. Returns must be sent to address specified on the accompanying invoice.
3. Refund will only be paid if the item is still in new condition with all the tags in place. The refund will be processed and paid
within 14 working working days.
