This page provides you with information about Rafime (Pty) Ltd trading as Rafime, and the terms and conditions
on which we sell our products through our application (App) to you. Before using our app, read these terms and conditions and make sure you 
understand them. 

Note that by placing an order or making payment on the Rafime app you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. In the case where you do 
not agree, you will not be able to place or make payments for any product on our platform. 

Please note that we may amend these terms and conditions from time to time. It is therefore your responsibility to review these terms time and again
before placing an order and/ or making payments through the Rafime App. 

These terms and conditions are applicable only to consumers within the border of the Republic of South Africa(RSA).


1.1. Rafime (Pty) Ltd is a South African based sports apparel, active wear and foot wear company. We are registered with the Companies
and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) with registration number: 2022/414234/07.

2.1. By placing an order or making payment with us, you give us permission process your personal credit/ debit card information. It is therefore your
responsibility to provide us with correct credit/debit card information for a successful transaction. 

2.2. Make sure that you read carefully the information on the final order page so to prevent errors which may result in wrong product being shipped. 

2.3. Make sure that your address is correct as we cannot be held responsible for an item delivered in a wrong address.

2.4. On a successful transaction, we will send you an acknowledgment email containing an invoice of the item(s) you have ordered. 

2.5. Product purchased on the Rafime app may take up to 21 days to be delivered to the provided address.
